By accessing or using the Hermanhood application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement using our supported payment methods.

Custom-made products are crafted to your specifications and may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. Design previews are indicative — minor variations in fabric shade and texture are inherent to handcrafted products.

We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Standard products ship within 3-5 business days. Custom creations may take 10-14 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.

Standard products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Custom creations are non-returnable unless defective.

All content, designs, logos, and branding on the Hermanhood platform are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. We use it solely to provide and improve our services.

Hermanhood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
